AAMBFS and the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade Sign Cooperation Protocol to Train and Develop Human Resources

Today, Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, signed a cooperation protocol with Dr. Mostafa Hodeib, President of The Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS), at the Ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital. The protocol aims to strengthen collaboration in training and professional development for Ministry employees.

The signing ceremony was attended by:

  • Major General Walid Abu El-Magd, Deputy Minister of Supply and Internal Trade

  • Dr. Rasha Ragheb, First Vice President of AAMBFS

  • Mr. Mostafa Ibrahim, Strategy Director at the Academy

  • Mr. Mohamed El-Baz, Head of the Central Administration for Human Resources at the Ministry

The protocol reflects the Ministry’s commitment to investing in human capital and enhancing staff competencies through distinguished postgraduate programs. Employees and their families will benefit from special tuition discounts for:

  • Professional Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  • Professional Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA)

The collaboration also includes specialized training programs and joint workshops in management, finance, and institutional development, which are expected to enhance employee performance and improve public services.

Dr. Sherif Farouk emphasized that signing the protocol aligns with the state’s strategy to build human capacities and develop the administrative system, praising AAMBFS for equipping staff with modern academic and practical skills and highlighting the importance of partnerships between government and educational institutions in achieving sustainable development goals.
