
Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade and AAMBFS Sign Cooperation Protocol for Human Resources Development
Today, Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, signed a cooperation protocol with Dr. Mostafa Hodeib, President of the Arab Academy for Management, Banking, and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS), at the Ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital. The protocol aims to enhance cooperation in the areas of training and scientific and professional qualification for Ministry employees.
The signing ceremony was attended by Major General Walid Abu El-Magd, Deputy Minister of Supply and Internal Trade; Dr. Rasha Ragheb, First Vice President of AAMBFS; Mr. Mostafa Ibrahim, Strategy Director at the Academy; and Mr. Mohamed El-Baz, Head of the Central Administration for Human Resources at the Ministry.
The protocol offers Ministry employees and their families special discounts on professional postgraduate programs, including the Professional Master of Business Administration (MBA) and the Professional Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA). It also includes the implementation of specialized training programs and joint workshops in management, finance, and institutional development, contributing to enhanced staff performance and improved services provided to citizens.
Dr. Sherif Farouk emphasized that signing the protocol aligns with the state’s strategy to build human capacities and develop the administrative system, praising AAMBFS for its role in equipping professionals with modern scientific and practical skills. He also highlighted the importance of partnerships between government and educational institutions in achieving sustainable development goals.
For his part, Dr. Mostafa Hodeib expressed his appreciation for the cooperation with the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, affirming the Academy’s commitment to delivering advanced educational and training programs that meet labor market needs and enhance human capital efficiency
