Cooperation Protocol Signed between the Arab Organization for Industrialization and AAMBFS

In line with its commitment to strengthening cooperation with leading academic and training institutions, the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) signed a cooperation protocol with The Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS) to support human capital development and institutional capacity building.

During the signing ceremony, Lt. Gen. Eng. Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of AOI, expressed his appreciation for this collaboration, praising the Academy’s expertise in human development, management, and entrepreneurship, and its role in enhancing workforce capabilities.

He emphasized that this cooperation aligns with the state’s direction toward investing in human capital and developing future leaders, through offering scholarships and specialized postgraduate programs aimed at improving institutional performance.

He also highlighted AOI’s early adoption of a comprehensive strategy to develop workforce skills across its factories and companies, supporting institutional development and digital transformation, and enabling employees to leverage artificial intelligence and advanced digital tools in manufacturing, production, and project management, in line with Egypt Vision 2030.

Furthermore, he noted that AOI operates a network of specialized academies and training institutes that follow the latest software systems and Fourth Industrial Revolution standards.

The protocol was signed by:

  • Lt. Gen. Eng. Abdel Rahman Abdel Azim Othman – Director General of AOI
  • Dr. Amr El-Nahas – Vice President of AAMBFS for Training and Business Development

Prof. Dr. Mostafa Hodeib, President of AAMBFS, expressed his pride in this partnership, commending AOI’s role as the industrial backbone of the state in localizing technology, enhancing local manufacturing, and developing human capital.

Dr. Rascha Ragheb, First Vice President of AAMBFS, also highlighted the importance of this collaboration in strengthening institutional capabilities and keeping pace with rapid advancements in artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and modern management sciences.
