AAMBFS and the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation Sign Cooperation Protocol to Develop Human Capital

In line with their commitment to investing in human capital and developing the workforce in the petroleum sector, The Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS) signed a cooperation protocol with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC). This partnership supports Egypt’s efforts to strengthen its position as a regional hub for energy, trade, and logistics, in line with Egypt Vision 2030.

The protocol aims to enhance the administrative and professional competencies of EGPC employees and its affiliated companies through the Academy’s postgraduate programs, as well as facilitating the exchange of knowledge and expertise to improve institutional performance and strengthen executive capabilities within the petroleum sector.

The protocol was signed by:

  • Prof. Dr. Mostafa Hodeib – President of AAMBFS
  • Eng. Salah Abdel Karim – CEO of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation

In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Mostafa Hodeib stated that this collaboration reflects the Academy’s commitment to supporting EGPC and its subsidiaries through advanced academic expertise and specialized programs aimed at enhancing executive and managerial competencies. He emphasized that human capital development is a cornerstone of achieving sustainable development and Egypt Vision 2030.

For his part, Eng. Salah Abdel Karim highlighted that the protocol represents an important step toward investing in human capital within the petroleum sector, contributing to improved institutional performance and the development of talents capable of leading transformation and modernization. He also praised the Academy’s role as a trusted academic partner in capacity building.

Dr. Rascha Ragheb, First Vice President of AAMBFS, also expressed her appreciation for EGPC’s efforts in developing human resources within the sector, wishing continued success in advancing its development initiatives.

This cooperation reaffirms both parties’ commitment to enhancing human development and building leadership capabilities in one of the most vital sectors of the national economy.
