AAMBFS Receives Libya’s Minister of Civil Service to Strengthen Cooperation

Dr. Mostafa Hodieb, President of the Academy, and Dr. Rascha Ragheb, First Vice President, welcomed H.E. Mr. Abdel Moneim Ibrahim Saleh Saeed, Minister of Civil Service of Libya, and his delegation.

The meeting explored opportunities to strengthen cooperation in training, professional development, capacity building, and postgraduate education to support the development of government employees and institutions in Libya.

Dr. Mostafa Hodieb reaffirmed the Academy’s commitment to supporting Libyan institutions through its academic and training expertise and capabilities.

H.E. the Minister highlighted the importance of benefiting from the Academy’s expertise to develop the skills and capabilities of government personnel and enhance institutional performance.

Dr. Rascha Ragheb emphasized the importance of building a sustainable partnership through tailored training and postgraduate programs that address the Ministry’s needs and contribute to developing administrative and leadership capabilities.

The meeting reflects the Academy’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with Arab institutions and supporting human capital development across the region.
