Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences Signs Cooperation Protocol with the Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority
As part of its commitment to expanding institutional partnerships with national entities, the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences has signed a cooperation protocol with the Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority (EGIPA), aimed at supporting training, professional development, human capital development, and the exchange of expertise and knowledge.
The protocol was signed by Professor Dr. Mostafa Hodeib, President of the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences, and Professor Dr. Hisham Azmy, Chairman of the Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority.
The signing ceremony was attended, on behalf of the Academy, by Dr. Rascha Ragheb, First Vice President of the Academy, along with a number of senior Academy officials. Representing the Authority was Dr. Mona Yehia, Vice President of the Authority, accompanied by several of its senior officials.
Professor Dr. Mostafa Hodeib emphasized that the partnership represents a valuable addition to the Academy’s institutional collaborations and will provide specialized educational and training opportunities that address the needs of institutions and support the development of their workforce. He noted that the protocol will enable employees of the Authority to benefit from the Academy’s postgraduate programs, in addition to specialized training programs and knowledge exchange in the field of intellectual property.
For his part, Professor Dr. Hisham Azmy highlighted that the protocol supports the Authority’s commitment to developing the capabilities of its employees and providing opportunities for professional and academic advancement, while benefiting from the Academy’s expertise in management, education, training, and professional development.
Dr. Rascha Ragheb, First Vice President of the Academy, expressed her appreciation for the partnership, reaffirming the Academy’s commitment to providing integrated academic and consulting solutions and promoting knowledge exchange with national institutions. She emphasized that the collaboration will contribute to preparing qualified professionals and leaders capable of driving development and achieving institutional excellence.
This cooperation reflects the shared commitment to investing in human capital, strengthening integration between academic and national institutions, and promoting awareness of intellectual property, in alignment with Egypt’s National Intellectual Property Strategy and the objectives of Egypt Vision 2030.
