Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences Signs Cooperation Protocol with the Ministry of Local Development and Environment

As part of its commitment to strengthening collaboration with government institutions and supporting national efforts in capacity building and human capital development, the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences signed a cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Local Development and Environment at the Ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development and Environment, Professor Dr. Mostafa Hodeib, President of the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences, and Dr. Rascha Ragheb, First Vice President of the Academy.

The protocol was signed by Dr. Amr El-Dabaa, Dean of the Graduate School at the Academy, and Dr. Essam El-Gohary, Assistant Minister for Development, Training, and Digital Transformation, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.

The protocol aims to strengthen cooperation in the fields of postgraduate studies, consultancy services, and the exchange of expertise and specialists. The partnership seeks to support human capital development, advance institutional excellence, and enhance the capabilities of employees within the Ministry of Local Development and Environment, its affiliated entities, and local administrative units across Egypt.

Professor Dr. Mostafa Hodeib emphasized that this partnership reflects the Academy’s mission to expand its strategic collaborations with government institutions by providing specialized postgraduate programs, professional consultancy services, and opportunities for knowledge exchange. He noted that the initiative will contribute to developing highly qualified national leaders capable of supporting institutional transformation and achieving sustainable development.

For her part, Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development and Environment, stated that the partnership reflects the Ministry’s commitment to investing in human capital through specialized postgraduate education and academic expertise that enhance employees’ competencies and strengthen institutional performance.

Dr. Rascha Ragheb, First Vice President of the Academy, expressed her pride in this collaboration, reaffirming the Academy’s commitment to delivering integrated academic and consulting solutions while promoting knowledge exchange with government institutions to prepare future leaders capable of driving institutional excellence and sustainable development.
