AAMBFS and the Ministry of Labor Sign Cooperation Protocol to Enhance Human Capital Development

In line with their commitment to investing in human capital and developing Egyptian workforce capabilities, The Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS) signed a cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Labor, supporting the government’s efforts to develop the labor system and enhance workforce efficiency.

The protocol aims to enhance the administrative and professional competencies of the Ministry’s employees and its affiliated entities through the Academy’s postgraduate programs, in addition to delivering specialized training programs and facilitating knowledge exchange to improve institutional performance and executive capabilities.

The protocol was signed by:

  • Prof. Dr. Mostafa Hodeib – President of AAMBFS
  • Mr. Mohamed Gebran – Minister of Labor

In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Mostafa Hodeib stated that this collaboration reflects the Academy’s commitment to supporting the Ministry with its academic expertise and specialized programs, contributing to the development of executive and managerial leadership, and emphasizing that human capital development is a cornerstone of achieving sustainable development and Egypt Vision 2030.

For his part, Mr. Mohamed Gebran highlighted that the protocol represents an important step toward investing in human capital within the Ministry, enhancing institutional performance and preparing qualified professionals capable of leading development and modernization in the labor market.

Dr. Rascha Ragheb, First Vice President of AAMBFS, expressed her appreciation for this fruitful collaboration, praising efforts to develop human resources and reaffirming the Academy’s commitment to sustaining this partnership to achieve shared goals.

This cooperation reaffirms both parties’ commitment to advancing human development and strengthening leadership capabilities, supporting the state’s vision for building human capital and driving comprehensive development.
