Head of the Libyan Administrative Control Authority Receives President of the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences to Discuss Cooperation in Training and Capacity Building

Mr. Abdullah Qaderbouh, Chairman of the Libyan Administrative Control Authority, received Professor Dr. Mostafa Hodeib, President of the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences, at the Authority’s headquarters in Tripoli, Libya. The meeting was attended by Dr. Rascha Ragheb, First Vice President of the Academy, and His Excellency Ambassador Tamer El-Hefny, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Libya.

This meeting comes within the framework of the Academy’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its regional presence and expand its strategic partnerships with official institutions and entities across the State of Libya.

The meeting was also attended by several senior officials and leaders from the Authority, including Dr. Ali Mansour, Advisor to the Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority for Economic Affairs, and Dr. Mahmoud Ashour, Director General of the National Academy for Training and Development, in addition to a number of officials and representatives from the Academy.

Discussions focused on enhancing joint cooperation in the fields of training, capacity building, and knowledge exchange through the design and implementation of specialized training programs aimed at improving the competencies of human cadres, particularly in the areas of financial and administrative sciences and strategic planning.

Both sides also explored mechanisms for cooperation in supporting institutional performance development within oversight and regulatory bodies, in line with the requirements of modern regulatory practices, contributing to strengthening the efficiency of supervisory institutions and improving the quality of institutional performance in Libya.
